Thinking about university… whether or not to go, the financial implications, which course to study, and where – we know there’s a lot for families to consider and young people often have lots of questions. Which is why we’ve teamed up with The Brilliant Club!
The Brilliant Club will be hosting 7 online sessions for NCC young people.
Current students will be telling us what university & their subject areas are like, whilst higher education experts will be talking us through topics such as UCAS applications and academic skills.

How to apply
The webinars are aimed at young people aged 15 and upwards who are considering university a future option.
Young people do not have to be sure they are going to university or have already applied.
Topics covered:
17th June – Introduction to University & research techniques
19th June – Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths insight – delivered by a current student
24th June – Academic writing for University
26th June – Social Sciences insight – delivered by a current student
1st July – How to revise at university
3rd July – Arts & Humanities insight – delivered by a current student
8th July – UCAS applications process & advice
